Antica Corte Pallavicina

A castle on the Po, visible from the main bank of Italy's longest river: it is the Antica Corte Pallavicina di Polesine Parmense, in the province of Parma, erected in the first years of the fifteenth century on the site of an existing fortification by the Marquis Pallavicino di Polesine.

This is the reign of the starred Chef Massimo Spigaroli, his brother Luciano and his niece Benedetta, who invite you to a court banquet featuring refined “gastrofluviale” delicacies in their Michelin-starred restaurant.

The cellars are home to the precious Culatelli, the wines and wheels of Parmigiano Reggiano.

A layover at the Antica Corte Pallavicina provides a dip in the tranquility and calm pace of natural rhythms: in fact, the Castle offers accommodations with a view over the Po and its verdant banks.
The ample windows of the rooms offer charming perspectives of pastures and the great river. The fireplaces burn poplar logs and the rooms are warm and comfortable, ready to welcome honored guests.
