"My goal," explains Alfo Ghezzi, "is to exalt the raw materials in a cuisine that is an orderly compound of product, execution, object and manual dexterity.
That's why I try to source my ingredients from local producers and showcase the very best that the Trentino region has to offer, starting, naturally, with Trentodoc sparkling wine."
